The Herald newspaper in Malaysia has been in the eye of the storm over Malay Christians’ use of the word “Allah” for God. Apart from its paper version, the Catholic-run publication has a website called Herald Malaysia Online that includes stories the newspaper reports and aggregated stories from other news media sources.
The site runs stories about the Church and news in Malaysia as well as stories from around the world. It has sections for youth, children and editorial. Given the multi-ethnic dimension of dimension of Malaysia, there are news sections in English, Malay, Chinese and Tamil.
